High altitude Dragon Well Tea grown in the tea mountains of Yunnan produced by the famous tea masters from Zhe Jiang Province. this tea still consists of its emerald colour, crisp fragrance, and sweet refreshing flavour with a Yunnan Twist.
A golden colour, this tea offers a light sweet flavour with a beautifully light floral aroma.
The Chinese have been drinking green tea for centuries and it is now well known that green tea improves cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of cancer and aids with weight loss. Green tea comes from the same plant as black tea, but is harvested at a younger age. It is consumed "fresh", while black tea is consumed roasted and oxidised. Green tea is thus less processed and retains more of its nutrients and antioxidants than black tea.
- Place 1 1/2 of tea spoon of tea in tea pot.
- Boil Water to 85℃ to 90℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
- Brew tea up to 1 1/2 minutes (remove tea after brew time).
- Repeat the brewing up to 4 times.
