Dian Hong Gong Fu Black Tea 50g
“Gong Fu” refers to “learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete”, referring specifically to the art of how the leaves are hand processed. Dried black fruit, slightly smoky and a bright red liquor.
A mellow caramel taste, with a light body and a honey-like aftertaste.
Black tea contains high levels of antioxidants which in fighting free radicals (lost oxygen cells) and helping to prevent the spread of cancer. Research has also shown that black tea promotes healthy teeth, bones and skin, also a source of Vitamin C.
- Place 1 1/2 of tea spoon of tea in tea pot.
- Boil Water to 90℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
- Brew tea up to 1 minute (remove tea after brew time).
- Repeat the brewing up to 7 times.
