Tea Description:
Considered Chinas most famous white tea, known for its white/silvery hair appearance. Silver Needle is harvested in early Spring (only a handful of days per year), consisting of only the young buds used to produce the tea. A sweet and delicate tea, ideal for mornings.
Flavour Profile:
Light, delicate and fresh on the palate, but surprisingly full-bodied with a buttery finish.
Health Benefit:
White tea is considered the purest form of tea undergoing almost no processing compared to green/black tea, therefore, retaining most of its caffeine and antioxidants. High antioxidants help to detox toxins from the body and help to strengthen the immune system. Highest in caffeine content compared to other teas, makes it a great morning beverage.
Brew Instructions:
- Place 1 1/2 Teaspoon of tea in Teapot.
- Boil Water to 85℃.
- Brew tea up to 1 1/2 minutes (remove tea after brew time).
- Repeat the brewing up to 4 times.
